Angie Matthews and Ruth Neal are the co-owners of Neal’s Accounting and Tax Service. Angie brings over 25 years experience as an Enrolled Agent (EA) along with a unique combination of financial expertise and real-world experience to the clients she serves.

Before entering the tax and accounting field, Angie built a strong foundation in auto finance, where she developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how financial decisions impact everyday people.

Today, Angie uses that knowledge to help both individuals and small businesses navigate tax preparation, financial planning, and related services with confidence. Known for her friendly, approachable style, Angie takes pride in making complex financial matters simple and stress-free for her clients.
